Your Captain
Captain G. is a USCG Licensed captain for over 10 years. He is also a life long local of eastern NC and the Wilmington area. He was born near the southern Pamlico Sound where fishing, hunting, and surfing was an everyday part of life. Captain G. moved to Wilmington at 7 years old but still spent a tremendous amount of time with his dad and grandad on the waters of the Pamlico Sound, and Cape Lookout to Cape Fear inshore and offshore fishing. Captain G is a 3rd generation Waterman, happily married for over 20 years, and a proud father of 3 fine boys. You can guaranty that Captain G. will have your safety in mind as his first priority, right beside catching fish and having an epic time on the water.
The Boat
Our 23’ Sea Chaser by Carolina Skiff is one of the newest vessels in the charter fleet in our area and is loaded with all the bells and whistles. Multiple live bait wells and fish tanks along with comfortable seating, hidden rod storage, bluetooth radio, deck lighting and much more provide all the necessities and luxury to ensure a great time. The boat is powered by a 250hp Suzuki SS , mounted on a hydraulic jack-plate for the shallows, and power assist steering. The best part about this boat is the custom T top with full upper control TOWER. This puts your Captain more than 12 feet up in the air and in control of everything including the steering, throttle, and trolling motor. This provides a sight above everyone else. We put fish in the boat as we sight fish, troll or bottom from the flats out to 25 miles. Captain G also has all the finest gear such as, Shimano Trevala rods, Fin-Nor spinning reels, and Berkley power pro line. From grouper and pelagic fish, to staying in the flat water fishing marshes, docks and water ways Captain G is always geared up for it all.

Very friendly. Came to our local dock to pick us up. Able to relate to everyone on the boat. He was great with all age and experience levels. Kept us on the fish and our poles in the water. We caught a variety of fish and plenty to take to the local restaurant and have prepared. We even got to reel in and release a 6 foot hammer head! Would definitely recommend.
